1. Are you a factory or trading company?

- We are one of best puzzle factories for 20 years, located in Ningbo, Zhejiang. You are most welcome to visit our factory. We are specialized in producing packaging boxes, puzzles, notebooks and stickers.

2. What is your MOQ? Can I make puzzle under your MOQ?

- Our MOQ is 500 pcs. For order under MOQ, please check with us, negotiable.

3. How to get a quote from you?

- Please send us the product size, thickness, quantity, slices/ puzzle, material, and artwork you want. We usually quote within 24 hours during working days.

4. How you can make sure the puzzle no missing piece and less dusty?

- We use the machine packing instead of the handwork, so we can make sure less puzzle piece missing during production.

- To have less dusty, we use Class A material to make it as less as we can.

5. Do you offer templates to do designing work? What kind of formats you accept?

- Yes, we do offer templates for your design and please send us the files in JPG, AI, PDF, CDR  format, with at least 300DPI, and the higher, the better.

6. What is your payment terms?

- L/C, Western union, PayPal and TT30% deposit in advance, pay off before shipment.

7. Can we get sample?

- Yes, we provide free sample, but shipping fee is at your cost.

- For some, we need to charge the sample cost to cover our cost for printing plates or machine running, but it will be refund after order confirmation. (Qty>MOQ)

8. How much is the shipping cost of sample?

- It's up to your delivery address. Usually it is about 30USD to 80USD.

9. What are the methods of delivery?

- Express (DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex), Airfreight and Sea shipment.

10. How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

- Sample lead time: usually 7-15 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

- Mass production lead time usually need 20 days. It depends on the order quantity and your specific requirement of products. If you are in urgent deadline, please contact us to check for details.

11. Do you accept the third party inspection QC？
